Personal data will be processed for a period of 24 months or until the consent to their processing is revoked, and after such revocation, for the period of claims due to the data administration and in relation to it.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy is addressed to Buyers and other users of the dreamwatch online store.

1.2. The policy defines the rules for the collection and processing of personal data received by the Administrator both when registering an account on the Website, using the website, and when making purchases without creating an account and when subscribing to the newsletter.

3. Purposes and scope of personal data processing

4. Providing personal data

4.1. Your personal data will be transferred to competent government authorities or third parties, if such an obligation will result from generally applicable provisions of law.

4.2. The administrator provides your personal data to the selected carrier or intermediary performing the transport on behalf of the Administrator for the purpose of delivery, as well as to the entity that performs electronic payments or with a payment card, in order to make these payments.

4.3. The Administrator informs Users that he entrusts the processing of personal data only for marketing purposes for the purposes of e-mail, text messages, campaigns on social networks, launched or indicated by the Administrator using the edron system

5.1. The Administrator is obliged to protect the Buyers' data collected when making purchases in the Store in accordance with applicable regulations and in accordance with the highest standards of security and data protection.

The administrator ensures the security of personal data through the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures aimed at preventing unlawful processing of data and their accidental loss, destruction and damage. The administrator takes all possible measures to ensure that personal data:

a) correct and process lawfully,

b) obtained only for certain purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with these purposes,

c) adequate, relevant and not excessive,

d) accurate and up to date,

6.2. The data of people who have created an account in the online store are processed until the account is deleted from the portal.

7.1. You have the right to request from the administrator access to personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, the right to data transfer and objection to processing, as well as the right to data transfer.
